How do I get my address book from my old computer to my new one?

Hi,
I just bought a new computer that is using Vista. My old computer uses
XP. Will someone lend me some help... getting all my address over to my new
computer??
Hope to hear from someone, when you have a minute!

Open your address book in OE>File menu>export>address book (WAB).
Name the file and save it, stick it on a thumb drive and use the File
menu>import feature of the WM Contacts folder.
