how do I get my 2003 excel to recegnize my pocket excel worksheet?

i have windows handheld pc edition version 3.01 with pocket excel, and I am
trying to get my 2003 office excel to recegnize the file, but the file
extension .PXL is not recegnized, is there any thing I can download for my
2003 excel?
 
If you use ActiveSynch it should do the conversion for you when you synch, as
long as you list Excel files among the types to be synched.

I'm afraid I can't give more detailed instructions: It has been a whille
since I have done it - my PPC touchscreen shattered last year and I have not
replaced it yet - but I used to regularly synch Excel sheets to my PPC and,
although some features from desktop Excel are not functional on the PPC it
usually synched seamlessly.
