How do i get help of a technical nature

I have a small website that was given me for free and free hosting by my
affiliate company.I have no knowlage at all about uploading or adding things
to my site which by the way comes with complete instructions which leave me
bewilded.I am asking for help to add to my site a software program call "The
Perpetual Traffic Generator'.I have downloaded the software,which also comes
with instructions although they might as well not bothered its all giberish
to me.
So i wondered if some kind person would like to help me out,and if that
person would like a copy of the software they can have it free,it comes with
reseller rights.
