How do I get copies of another person's emails in my Inbox?

I used to automatically get copies of emails that my boss received in my
Inbox folder, but I don't anymore after we migrated to another Exchange
server. I need to get that ability back. How do I do this?

For security reasons, there is absolutely NOTHING you
can do to get copies of your Boss's e-mails.

Your Boss needs to set herself/himself up with you as a delegate,
and whatever settings/privileges s/he sees fit.

I would have thought that the team responsible for the migration
would be responsible also for migrating these settings.
