How do I get another application's special menu to re-appear?

I installed Acrobat version 6 and RoboHelp for Word version X5.0.1. Each
application adds menus to Word. When I launch Word 2003, the RoboHelp menu
appears for a minute andthen disappears. Acrobat adds 2 menus. There is an
empty "New Menu". How can I get the RoboHelp menu back?
 
It sounds like the add-ins are creating a conflict in your menus.

It sounds like your RoboHelp is working as it should but the Adobe
add-in is removing the menu commands.

You might try moving both add-ins to the same Startup folder so the
Adobe add-in loads first instead of last.

That's what I suspect is happening anyway. The location of you Word
Startup folder can be found by going to Tools/Options/File Locations
and the Office\Startup folder will be located in the Office
installation path.
