As Charlie said, you just posted your email address: (e-mail address removed)

Email addresses are not assigned by Windows or Windows Mail or anything else
on YOUR computer. You must find that information and then YOU tell WM what
to use. They are assigned by your email server; in this case, by AOL. Mine
is assigned by Grande Communications, Inc., where I send my monthly check
for my Internet cable access, which includes email and news servers. Grande
furnished the information to put into my Mail Accounts, such as server name
( pop3.grandecom.net ) and my e-mail username. You need to get those
settings for your account from AOL, your email provider.
