I think your question is too vague to be answerable.

Dear Aliu:

Go here:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=collection&av=TPL000

and enter the search term "collection". You will see a list of templates for
book collections, CD collections, DVD collections...

Two other templates that might be useful to look at, in terms of a
circulation process, are:

an "Asset Tracking" template:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010184591033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101426031033

.....and an "Inventory Management" template:

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/TC010184581033.aspx?CategoryID=CT101426031033

Of course, these database templates provide basic sample databases, which
provide a "starting point" rather than full-featured applications. There are
many inexpensive, professionally written library software packages
available, often for no more than the cost of a few books. Do a Google
search for "library software" and you will find many hits. Undoubtedly there
are shareware and freeware packages available as well.

Finally, you might be interested in a library system that I have written and
made available as freeware here:
