How do I force Outllook to open all emails in HTML format only?

My rich text format emails open in a very tiny print and I have to adjust the
font size to read them. The HTML emails are fine. Can I default it to open
the rich text in a bigger font, or default Outlook to open every email in
HTML?

The formatting for Rich Text and HTML messages are embedded in the message,
so you should be seeing exactly what was sent. Tools>Options>Mail
Format>Fonts is about all you can adjust. There is no way to force
receiving of mail all in HTML.
