How do I fix Outlook 2000 from sporadically sending blank emails?

I have loaded all updates and patches for Office 2000 and Outlook as well as
McAfee virus protection. The computer has been scanned for viruses McAfee
and trend micro with none detected. The blank emails are usually sent to
individuals with whom I've recently traded emails. It only happens to less
than 0.5% of received emails.

Are your recipients using Outlook or not? If you send emails using Rich Text
Format (the Outlook default), this format is specific to Outlook and other
email clients may not read it correctly. Switch your default format to Plain
Text or HTML.
