How do I fix a Runtime Error Line 251 in Outlook so I can print

How do I fix a Runtime Error Line 251 in Outlook so I can print. I am using
Outllook 2003 and when clicking on an email to print I get a runtime error in
line 251 Permission denied.
 
That appears to be an IE7-B3 issue which often can be corrected by
uninstalling IE7.

Thanks Hal,
I have actually read your suggestion elsewhere as well. It is a little
strange that double clicking an HTML email in Outlook to make it full screen
will print fine, but printing from the view pane produces the error.
Hopefully this will be addressed by MSoft soon. I rather like IE7.
