how do i find items deleted from the deleted folder

I have gone and emptied my deleted folder and then realised I turfed out
stuff I should not have. Please help is there anyway I can retreve the
deleted items once I have emptied the deleted folder?

If you are using a PST file then it depends on how desperate you are!!
(This will NOT work if you have compacted the PST since deletion.)
Back up your PST - do it now!
Now deliberately CORRUPT, then REPAIR the PST - see:
