How do I find a great sales tracking template (mtd/ytd)?

I have been charged with the task of creating a sales tracking spreadsheet
which should contain a minimum of: month-to-date sales, year-to-date sales
for a variety of products sold through my sales/CS team and the
calls/presentations it took to produce those sales. I am using Excel 2003.
