How do I filter/eliminate drug spam emails with Outlook 2002?

I recieve tons of spam regarding viagra... etc... how do I filter these out
of my inbox. Is there a way to edit outlooks filters.txt so that it
identifies these emails and eliminates them based on the subject before I
even recieve them?

do you have any antispam filter programs (like Mailwasher, etc) running?
Have you tried setting up "rules" with keywords ....? Block senders? etc.
