How do I export contacts from excel 2003 file into Outlook 2007?

Im trying to export data from Excel 2003 into My Outlook 2007. It comes up
with an error, no named Data Ranges. Not sure what to do. Can seem to find
help anywere to rectify this.

I would so appreciate your help on this.

You need to name your ranges.

Try this. Create a couple of contacts in Outlook and export them to a Comma
Separated Values (Windows) file and compare that with yours. Make the
appropriate changes to your file.
