I am using Outlook 2007. It currently contains old email accounts and
folders that no longer are used. How do I erase all old information so that
I am back to my original celan, freshly installed program without
reinstalling it? It was installed through Office Pro 2007 and I can not
figure out how to uninstall and reinstall Outlook without affecting ALL of my
Office programs.

Reinstalling won't help you either with configuration issues.
You can remove old account and old data files via;
Tools-> Account Settings...

If you want to clear all your account configuration and start with a new
email database, you'll have to recreate your mail profile.
