How do I enter tasks & other info under contacts?

Under contacts- I can't figure out how to enter tasks. I also can't figure
out how to bring up contact files by anything other than location- I don't
know how to list catagories, let alone how to enter them by category.
 
For a specific contact, choose the Actions | New Task for Contact command.

If you want to view your contacts by category, use the View menu to change to the By Category view.
