How do I enable the "opening mail attachment" warning?

I accidently disabled the "opening mail attachment" warning that appears when
I open an attached Word document attached to an Outlook email. I would like
to know how to enable that warning again.
 
That is a Windows setting;
Control Panel-> Folder Options-> File Types-> open extension-> option
Confirm open after download
