How do I embed an object in Word that will alert me when I need t.

I would like to embed and object in Word to sound an alert or send a reminder
that I need to make a followup contact regarding an entry made in that WORD
document file. I see an item called Calendar Control, but I do not see a
way of scheduling a reminder to signal/alert to maintain followup. I note
that Microsoft Outlook Calendar has a scheduling feature so this is what I am
trying to accomplish some type of link between the two programs; however, I
do not want to do double entry thus re-typing an entry made in WORD only to
retype it in MS Calendar. I would like to discuss this idea with someone in
hopes to pull this all together.

You might try asking in an Outlook group if someone has made an Addin for this.
