I wish to email a powerpoint presentation which contains a video clip.
However when I email the presentation the Video clip does not play. I have
tried creating an object etc. but have so far been unsuccessful.

any ideas?????

You will probably find this difficult to do because most video files are too
large to e-mail, but this is one of the better ways to accomplish this task:

1. Place your video file in the same folder as your PowerPoint presentation,
THEN insert it on the desired slide.
2. Save your file and close PowerPoint.
3. Open Windows Explorer, browse to the folder where your files are located.
4. Select the two files and ZIP them using WinZip (might be built into your
Windows if you use XP (under FILE menu). If not, download the program.
5. Send your message attaching the ZIP file. This will result in the
smallest file size possible.

You might want to check out the file size before sending because this might
still not be small enough to send.

Good Luck!
