If you are using email service such as hotmail and yahoo mail, you can also
log into your account, then click compose mail or new message.
Then, select Attach or Browse. Find the ppt file and click OK.
Fill in the required fields and click Send.

ok, but what if they don't have power point or power point viewer? Is there
a way to send it along with sound and animation without those?

Hi colleen,
If the user does not have PowerPoint, you can send them the PowerPoint
Viewer or ask them to download the viewer
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en

You can also create a .exe package that includes the viewer and the file:
(PowerPoint 2003 to
EXE)http://www.indezine.com/products/powerpoint/pp2003/ppt2exe.html
(PowerPoint 2002 to EXE)
http://www.indezine.com/products/powerpoint/ppxp/ppt2exe.html

There are also few other ways, such as converting your presentation in to
flash or video format.

To convert your presentation into flash:
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00147.htm

To convert your presentation into video format:

Hope that helps.
