how do i dual-boot?

hello

i have a computer with with win xp home on it. i want to
add win 2003. how do i do it, without losing any of my
files?

currently i have two partitions. one (C:) is NTFS where
all my files and applications are. another (D:) is FAT32
and contains two files--some sort of backup files.
