1. Go to a crouch position and lean slightly forward until you are balanced
on your toes.
2. Put the fingers of both hands under your heels.
3. Tuck your head between your knees.
4. Quickly lean forward maintaining that position
5. Quickly count to 2 (that's one ... two!) and push off hard with your
toes
