I am trying to do a billing reconciliation database and Im trying to pick out
data. For example Totaling the dollar amount in a Purchase order then moving
that total dollar amount to a new table.
 
PLEASE search for your answer before posting a new thread.

Read any of the hundreds of previous posts that point out that you DON'T
store calculated fields in a table, you recalculate them when you need them.
