how do I display the formula result instead of the formula itself.

Using the concatenate function, I get the correct formula result in the
formula window but once I say OK it displays the formula itself on the cell
not the result...I am trying to combine text and numbers (an address) and it
is just not working...HELP!

Hi,

Check the format of the cell having the concatenate function. It would
have been formatted as text.

Make sure there are no leading spaces in the formula. I.e.
a blank before the = sign.

check if the cell ist formated as 'Text'. Change the format ('Format -
Cell') to 'General' and re-enter your formula
