How do I disable the replace, find and Go To functions?

Whenever i type a few words a box appears displaying the Replace, Find and Go
To functions. Whenever i try to close it it does not go away and keeps coming
back until i do one of the operations. But after it closes it comes back
again after i type somemore. Please help
 
Could it be a sticking Alt or Ctrl key? (Combinations such as Alt E F or
Ctrl-F would open this dialog.)

Another possibility is that you have allocated this command to an ordinary
letter key. Use Tools > Customize > Keyboard to see what is set for
EditReplace, EditFind and EditGoTo.
