Hi

How do I design and email in Dreamweaver (v4)
(complete with images and layout tables etc)
and then send it using msOutlook (v2002)?

We have quite small images so are thinking
of embedding them in the email rather than
hosting externally (but could go either way
on that one).

Any suggestions/tips?

With thanks

[skipping all the reasons why you shouldn't do it]
I don't know Dreamweaver, but an html email is made just
like any other page.
In Outlook, choose new message, click source, and past your
code in there.

Thanks.
Call me blind but in Outlook (2002) I've managed
to do "New Mail message", I cant see "Source"
anywhere... Where is it?!

And how do you burn the images into the file itself
(Yes, I know only v small images!)

With thanks

I don't have Outlook myself, only Outlook Express.
There it is at the bottom of the new message. There are 3
tabs, and I don't even have an English version, so they
might have slightly different names as well: Edit, Source
and Preview.
That is, if you have your outgoing messages defined as HTML
mail, not plain text of course.

Not sure. I thought that was done by Outlook (Express)
itself. I can send you an html message which include jpgs of
gifs that are on my hd, Outlook locks them, afaik.

If your reply to is your real address, there's a test in
your inbox now.

So, it isn't your real address then.
If you're concerned about spam, use a real address with
invalid at the end, or get a free account somewhere just to
catch the spam, and leave it there, but don't let yahoo.com
get any and all messages that were sent to you.
