How do I delete or remove IRM from my computer

IRM was included and iit prevents me from sending e-mails--I want to blow
it away as I would never use it.
I can't find a way to open it, or get to properties or settings to do
away with it.

Help would be appreciated.

IRM refers to information resource management--it is an icon on the tool
bar on my Outlook E-mail screen. It is targeted to the business environment
as a tool to control the flow of information ( some kind of security )
When I attempt to send an E-mail it blocks it and asks me if i want to try
a free test use of this feature. Unfortunatley there is no way (obvious) to
get around it or remove it.
