I have completely uninstalled Card Export/ Softick and have deleted all
references in my registry- however there are 3 Softick folders I am not
allowed to delete, even in safe mode...

How can I delete these??? I simply want this program completely
uninstalled...

UNLESS, someone knows of a 3rd party uninstaller that will completely
uninstall programs.... XP Home seems to leave remnants.... thank you!

Thank you!

Start>Run>type REGEDIT>click OK
Under Edit click Find and type Softick and click Find, delete any entries
found.
You can also download EasyCleaner 2.0 from ToniArts.com which has many tools
one of which is a Registry cleaner, cookies, MRUs and much more.

Be extremely wary of registry cleaners, as they are seldom needed, and can
render XP inoperable. If one is used, be sure that it has an UNDO
function, as does EZCleaner from ToniArts.

Thanks all.. problem so far is that Windows will not allow me to delete the
folders I found with Regedit.. most but not all entries...

How do I get around that?

in regedit, right click on the folder that you want to delete and select
permissions, then give yourself full control.
be careful when deleting registry entries.

Thank you Jack...

I would think if a program is no longer being used, the files and folders in
the registry should also be Ok to delete. Worse case, I could go back one
day and restore to a working one, yes?
