how do i delete everything from my computer HELP

We need more information.. was your computer supplied with XP preloaded?..
do you have any XP or restore CDs?.. what make and model is your computer?..

You might also outline some of your problems.. it may be possible to return
your computer to working well without the need for a complete re-install..
