How do I delete duplicated personal foldsers in outlook?

I have three personal folders in outlook. They might have been created when
I was importiong .pst file from the other computer. Now I have problem with
synchronizing between outlook and PDA.

Close Outlook
CONTROL PANEL | MAIL | SHOW PROFILE | PROPERTIES | DATAFILE
Remove them there
 
My OS is Win XP. I don't quite understand what you mean by
CONTROL PANEL | MAIL | SHOW PROFILE | PROPERTIES | DATAFILE.
After accessing "Mail" I don't see "Show Profile" anywhere.
