How do I Delete Duplicated Messages in Windows Mail??

I was asked to change the settings on my desktop e email client program.
When I was done, 6000 old E Mails reappeared.

I have found a few programs on the internet that automatically delete
duplicate emails , they work on Outlook only.
I need a program to delete all these Duplicated Messages in Windows Mail at
a reasonable fee. If not, I'll just do it manually. I expect to be done by
July.

My OEX program will remove duplicates and it works in OE in XP and in
WinMail in Vista. It has many other capabilities also.

I ONLY want to remove duplicates, I don't want or need all the other features
and buttons that the OEX puts on the E mail client!!
