I created a document in word. The document was 2 pages long but I was able to fit it all one one page. When I print the document my printer prints out the second page blank. How do I delete that 2nd page?

Display non printing Characters by clicking on the paragraph marker symbol
on the standard toolbar then delete the page break at the end of the page.

Control the things you can and Don't Worry about the things you can't
control.

Display nonprinting characters (press Ctrl+* or click the Show/Hide ¶ button
on the Standard toolbar), and you will probably see some extra empty
paragraphs (¶) on the second, "empty" page. Delete these. If your first page
is entirely filled by a table, you will not be able to delete the empty
paragraph following it, since Word needs that paragraph mark to hold the
document-level formatting. To make it fit on the first page, select it and
format the font size as 1 point. If even this does not suffice, format it as
Hidden. When you hide nonprinting characters again, the page will be gone.

Thank you so much Paul. You Rock!

It's not always what it should be and not always what it could be. It just is what it is.

I have had this problem so many times, I am so happy to now know how to
delete the additional page, thanx Paul!!!!!!

Thank you so much! You are the only person who has actually explained why
that happens. Much appreciated...

There's probably a blank line or two at the end of the document. Click on
the paragraph marker icon, and delete any blank lines at the bottom

Turn on your non-printing characters. There's something in there even if
it's just empty returns. Delete out whatever is on that page.
