How do I delete all duplicate email messages?

I just transfered all my message folders into Microsoft Outlook. Now I have
as many as 4 duplicates of the same emails. How can I get only one copy to
remain?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
