How do I delete a Calendar Control 11.0 from Excel worksheet?

I inserted the CC 11.0 as an embedded object in an Excel 2003 worksheet. I am
unable to select it in order to delete it. Can anyone help?
 
Hi Aussie Dave,

Open the Control Toolbox toolbar and click the Design Mode button.
You can then delete the calendar control. Don't forget to exit design mode.
