How do i deactivate the scroll key of the keyboard in the ecxell.

Can you please help me in deactivating the scroll key of the keyboard in
the ecxell
program.

You are not too clear on what you want done.

Can you re-post with a better description of your requirements.

Do you want a user not to be able to scroll out of a particular area?
