How do I create forms in Word that can be filled in on the comput.

I need to create a job application form on word that csn be filled out onhte
computer and e-mailed back and forth. How do I create sucha document so that
when it is filled out, the existing form does not change?

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at

Chapman's series of articles.

Also the form should be a Word template on the new document dialog box so
that the user actually creates / uses a new document each time, not your
original. For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new
