How do I create an image based rollovers?

I use Adobe Image Ready to create 3 states of a rollover on an image, and
would like to perform this effect in FrontPage. Image Ready HTML for button
states is not recognized in FrontPage 2003.
 
In FP 2002 select your 1st image in the page and Format Behaviors - Image Swap
