How do I create a vcard with a multiple email addresses?

I tried this with Outlook 2000 and 2003, but it doesn't work.
I have a few contact with more than one email address. I store the 2nd email
addrss as Email2. But when I create a vCard (.vcf file), I don't see the 2nd
email address. I create these vCards to put them into my iPod contacts or
into Palm PDA. Is there any work around for this issue?
 
Looks like Outlook won't create one with multiple email addresses based on a
quick test I just did.
