Another newbie on the net is getting spammed by bogus MSN
alerts and patches. One reply to her inquiry ended with
this recommendation:
"There's probably no way of blocking all of the bogus
messages, but you can greatly reduce the number you get
by creating a rule, based upon the most commonly used
subject lines, to delete the emails from the server
without ever downloading them." (Signed, Bruce Chambers)
I'm having this problem with my free MSN e-mail address,
on a Gateway, using XP. Do I have the software hidden
somewhere to write a "rule" such as what you describe?
