when i create a rule with multiple conditions it uses 'and condition' between
them and i want to use the 'or condition' between them, please tell me how to
do it

Unless you want to check multiple subjects or multiple recipients, you'll need to create multiple rules.

Yes, Madam Mosher, that's exactly what I would like to do: place an "or"
condition between multiple e-mail recipients. Do please reveal how this is
done in Outlook 2003.

Use the "from people or distribution list" condition. It allows you to pick multiple senders.

"from ..." would be for senders. "to people or distribution lists" would be for recipients.

Or, which is what the o.p. asked about. Try it!
