How do I create a hover button with multiple hyperlinks?

I've seen websites that have hover buttons with drop down menu of linking to
several pages. How do I do this.

Do not use Hover Buttons - they use Java, which is not installed by default
on PCs running Windows XP or IE6. Users of these PCs have to download a JVM
from Sun.

Otherwise search for DHTML menus in Google or your favourite search engine.
