I'm looking at a variety of software applications used to create web pages,
and I'm wondering if there is a way to apply a hotspot to an image in Word?
If there is could someone reply to me ASAP?! Many thanks

Word is not really a suitable application for Web authoring.

What your referring to in HTML is an "image map".
AFAIK, there is no option to create one in Word created web pages.

In MS FrontPage an image map is part of the components options. It is the
solitary component from FP that is validation compatible with standard html.

If you desire a link to the ENTIRE image rather than a divided portion?
That is a standard option.
If not?

Provide the URL for the web page and offer and explanation of what image and
what portion you desire the image hotspot link and I'll provide the html
text.
