How do I create a company letterhead to use in Outlook email?

I'd like to create an Outlook stationery that puts our compamy logo and
contact info at the top of each message. I don't want it to repeat as a
background. How is this done?

We don't know since you have not provided the version of Outlook, the
message format you have tried this with, whether you are trying to use Word
as the editor, or any error messages you received when you tried. F1 is an
excellent resource for getting started.

After furious head-scratching, DonMcCPA asked this group:

Milly, thanks for the reply.

Our firm uses all versions of Outlook from 2000 through 2003. Some people
use Word as an editor. If there is a way to include a letterhead in outgoing
email, I would standardize all users on the correct Outlook setup to make it
work. The Help screens and MS website advise how to create statonery, but I
don't see how to keep the letterhead from repeating down the page in the
background behind the written message.

Thanks again,
Don McCready
