How do i costermize windows internet v7?

Iv downloaded windows explorer 7 and i think its great so far but how do i
costermize the bar's?.
for exsample.
I want the menu bar to be on the top how do I do this?
there use to be a -unlockmenu bar- but i dont see it?
could anyone please help me????

Try Start-Run and type in "cmd" (without the quotes) first, then type
regedit

IE7 questions should be asked in the internet explorer newsgroup. There are
quite a few posts there so peruse them for something on topic before posting
a new message.

This is an indication of a possible malware infection. What happens if from
Start | Run you type in msconfig, then click ok? Does it also not open?

Alan, I'm not sure what advice you're talking about. But for IE7 questions
users are asked to post to the internet explorer newsgroup. There are quite
a few posts there so peruse them for something on topic before posting a new
message.

yeah umm... first of all the advice I was talking about is somthing I dont
want you to get confused because thanks to someone(I forgot who) its not a
problem.

I don't understand why you're asking this. I included the links for
accessing it through either a newsreader or on the web.
