I have saved a lot of templates and wish my secretary to have copies. We are
not networked, how can I copy them to a disk and save them when I cannot find
the folder containing them?

Click on Tools | Options | File Locations and you will see where your
templates are stored. You can then navigate to them and copy them to a disc
for her. I hope this has been helpful to you.

Remember that your secretary should _not_ attempt to use those templates
directly from the floppy disk. I would recommend creating and using a
workgroup templates folder on both computers even though you are not
networked. Use it to store templates you would share if you were networked.
For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new dialog,
and locations of templates folders see
