How do I copy Subtotal groups?

Anyone know a way in which I can copy the subtotaled rows
of a worksheet to a new worksheet without copying all
the "in between" data???
 
Select the data to copy
Go to the Edit menu and Select "Go to"
Click the "Special" button
Check "Visible Cells Only"
Click OK
Choose Copy
Go to the new sheet and click Paste
