How do I copy Outlook folders to a CD?

I'd like to access the Outlook folders on my desktop from my laptop. How do
I caopy these folders to a CD? Is that the easiest way to access these
folders?
 
I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Outlook.

This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
