I have reinstalled Outlook 2000 Prefessional, but found that the Calender in
'Outlook Today' is the defualt calender and doesn't display any of my
appointments from my Personal .pst etc.. So I thought I'd copy these
appointments into the default Calender, but can't find any logical easy way
of doing it.
Any suggestions?

Also, I did have Outlook sharing my contacts and calender, but don't seem to
be able to do this either and can't remember how to correct it?

Go to your calendar folder and change the view to be by categories -> now
your calendar shows everything by rows. Select all rows and drag them to
Mailbox calendar.

Sharing any folder: open folder and from File -> Folder -> Properties ->
Permission tab, add person name and give permissionrole.
