How do I copy Auto Correct from one computer to another?

I was following previous to import/export Auto Correct using Method 1. I
clicked on Autocorrect.zip, downloaded, I can open the document and see the
instructions. When I click 'start', an error box tells me "the macro cannot
be found or has been disabled due to your Macro security settings". The
details of the error message said perhaps the macro was deleted from the
template or to lower my macro settings to medium for the moment, but I don't
know how to do that. Thanks!

Tools | Macro | Security: set the level of Medium (which is fine for general
use). This will give you the option to enable macros.

Thanks so much. That was so easy...I should have been able to figure that out
for myself! This is a great service. Thanks again!

In addition to setting Macro Security to Medium, you should also, on the
Trusted Sources tab, check the box for "Trust all installed templates and
add-ins." This guarantees that the templates you create and save in your
template folders and the templates that you install as add-ins in Word's
Startup folder will run without prompting. Unfortunately, the trust does not
extend to the Office Startup folder, so you will get prompts from add-ins
there, but if they are from large corporations such as Adobe, you'll
generally get a chance to choose to trust them as well. As a general rule,
there's no need to have Macro Security set to High, much less Very High. As
long as you have the chance to say no to macros in documents you open,
that's all you need (providing that templates with malicious macros don't
somehow make it into trusted locations).
