How do I copy adresses?

I usually use Outlook Express but sometimes I need to use Microsoft Outlook.
My problem is that all my adresses are in Outlook Express and none in
Microsoft Outlook. Is there a simple way to copy?

In Outlook, File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and Addresses.
